Spring baseball is just around the corner. Register with one or more of our prep camps and tune up your game! Below is a listing of our offerings.
2020 Summer Camp Schedule & Registration
Beginners (Youth) Hitting Camps ….. 2 Sessions
Ages: 8-12 | Cost: $ 60.00 Per Session
Session 1: Saturday, January 13th *9:30am-11:30am
Session 2: Saturday, January 20th *9:30am-11:30am
Location: Venom Indoor Baseball Training Facility- Williamsburg, VA
Starts: 9:30am / Ends: 11:00am
The focus of this hitting camp will be :
- How to practice with a batting tee and how to get the most out of it.
- The 7 Fundamental Positions of the Swing
- Balance is the key to hitting
- Proper load
- Creating Proper Bat Path
Learn drills to take home and practice with a parent/coach that gets results.
The off-season is the best time to “tune up” your swing to get to the next level!

Advanced Hitting Camps ….. 2 Sessions
Ages: 12-18 | Cost: $ 80.00 Per Session
Session 1: Saturday, January 20th *12:00-2:30pm
Session 2: Saturday, January 27th *12:00-2:30pm
Location: Venom Indoor Baseball Training Facility- Williamsburg, VA
Starts: 12:00pm / Ends: 2:30pm
Camp Description
There will be 2 sessions each lasting 2.5 hours. Each session will have a different theme such as: “Balance is the key to hitting”, “Creating Proper Bat Path”, “Keeping the hands inside the ball”, “Hitting to all Fields”, “Creating Power in your Swing”, “Hitting Off-Speed Pitches”, “Mental Approach to your At Bat” and more.
Each hitter will receive a full video analysis of their swing shortly after the camp. This analysis will identify areas in the swing that need improvement and will be compared to some of the best MLB hitters in the game today.
12 hitters max per session
Youth Pitchers and Catchers Boot Camp (4 Sessions inc)
Ages: 9-13 | Grades 4-8
Cost: $ 165 for all 4 sessions
January 21 | January 28 | *February 4 | February 11
Location: Venom Indoor Baseball Training Facility- Williamsburg, VA
Starts: 4:00pm / Ends: 6:00pm
Feb 4th will start at 3:00pm due to Superbowl Sunday
There will be 4, 2 hour sessions of pitchers and catchers drills that work on fundamentals. Each week will build off the last.
Pitchers: We will teach your player proper warm-up and stretching routine, injury prevention exercises, proper throwing technique. We will work with your pitcher through the 4 weeks to fix common flaws in the pitching/throwing motion. Each session will end with a bullpen session throwing to catchers live.
Catchers: We’ll teach your catcher the proper stances, signaling, receiving, blocking, safety, fielding bunts, how to throw runners out and drop your pop time. Catchers will catch live bullpens at the end of each session.
Instruction will be appropriate for individual skill level and current physical condition. We will consider your players current throwing program that they may be on with their current team to not have them overthrow.
Camper to coach ratio no more than 4:1

February Camps 2018
Youth Prep Baseball Camp (3 Sessions inc)
Ages: 7-11 | Grades 2-5
Cost: $ 145 for all 3 sessions
Saturdays, February 3 | February 10 | February 17
Location: Venom Indoor Baseball Training Facility- Williamsburg, VA
Starts: 9:00am / Ends: 11:30pm
There will be 3, 2 and ½ hour sessions of quality reps designed to build off each other to help players prepare for the 2018 spring season. We keep our indoor camper/staff ratio no more than 5 to 1 when indoors so there are only a limited # of openings.
Full dynamic warm up, and SQUAC (Speed/Quickness/Agility/Core) routine.
All facets of the game will be covered throughout the 3 sessions such as: Hitting (tee work, swing breakdown and live batting practice), throwing fundamentals, pitching, fielding ground balls, catchers fundamentals, base running, bunting, arm care and more.
Instruction will be appropriate for individual skill level, primary/secondary positions and current physical condition. We will consider your players current throwing program (if any) that they may be on with their current team.
Middle School Prep Baseball Camp (3 Sessions inc)
Ages: 12-14 | Grades 6-8
Cost: $ 145 for all 3 sessions
Saturdays, February 3 | February 10 | February 17

Presidents Day Youth Baseball Camp
Ages: 7-13 | Cost: $ 65
When: Monday, February 19th
Starts: 10:00am / Ends: 1:00pm
Location: Venom Indoor Baseball Training Facility- Williamsburg, VA
This baseball camp is designed for players from 7 to 13 years old looking to learn and practice proper baseball fundamentals.
This is a perfect tune up for spring baseball!
Three hours focusing on hitting, throwing, fielding, pitching and fun indoor games for our youth players.
We keep our camper/staff ratio no more than 5 to 1 when indoors so there are only a limited # of openings.
Players will be grouped by age and skill level.
Station work with skill appropriate instruction to include:
• Tee work and swing breakdown
• Live batting practice
• Infield defense drills
• Pitching and throwing instruction
• Base Running Instruction
• Fun tactical small sided games and competitions
